The headquarters of Deloitte in the Southern African region is in Johannesburg, South Africa. Deloitte Southern Africa is a partnership consisting of 242 partners and directors. Partners and directors are effectively the shareholders in the business and the black equity/ownership of the South African firm currently constitutes 28%.

Deloitte Southern Africa is a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) and part of the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
